Through our gateways in production, we ensure accurate tracking and data collection during the primary packaging process.

  • Batch Communication: Sends batch data to markers for printing on primary packaging, ensuring accurate identification and traceability.
  • Warehouse Unload & Traceability: Tracks and updates inventory for first-contact packaging materials in real time.
  • Data Collection: Captures key parameters such as product weight, produced pieces, scraps, line speed, and other relevant metrics for quality control and process optimization through machine integration or operator manual input.

MiniTower

As an alternative to our gateways, the MiniTower can be implemented in the packaging area being designed specifically for clean-room environments. This hardware is easily movable with hygienic wheels and operates wirelessly for several hours, eliminating the need for any wiring.

By integrating smart gateways our system optimizes secondary packaging operations through automated labeling and automatic warehouse management, ensuring full control over the final stages of production.

  • Carton & Pallet Labeling: Register and print fully customizable carton and pallet labels using the Oriprint device. The system automatically selects the appropriate label type based on the final product reference ensuring accuracy and reducing human errors.
  • Final Product Warehouse Load: automated loading of finished products into the final product warehouse. This ensures accurate stock management, real-time inventory tracking, and the possibility to compute mass balances for improved production oversight.

OFS ensures efficient final order picking using a Zebra handheld PC, with automated transport document generation for seamless logistics. The system also manages pallet stock and warehouse positioning, optimizing picking times and improving overall inventory efficiency.
